“…back to trail running with no pain!”
“I started having knee pain early in the year, which eventually increased to the point where I was struggling to walk at times. As someone who goes for a run almost everyday and loves being active, this was extremely upsetting. Pat worked with me to find exercises that didn’t cause pain and would help me build muscle in areas I was lacking. He gave me a scheduled workout plan for each day of the week and worked with me to tweak things as needed. At first I wasn’t sure anything would help, but I stuck with the plan he put together. His confidence that this was something that could be fixed gave me confidence and motivation to keep up with the PT. Here I am a few weeks later, back to trail running with no pain! Not only is my runner’s knee on the up and up, but I’ve also developed a new love for strength training after working with Pat. Can’t recommend him enough!”

“…helped me get the results I wanted and made going back to the gym more fulfilling…”
“Before I started using the workouts provided to me by Pat, I had no direction while at the gym. I would just do whatever I felt like that day, and wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Pat’s workouts focused on exercises that helped me get the results I wanted and made going back to the gym more fulfilling. I would highly recommend him as a coach!”

“…have made significant improvements in my health and fitness as well as managed to take big strides in rehabilitating my lower back injury…”
“I have been working with Pat on my recent fitness journey for about 4 months and have made significant improvements in my health and fitness as well as managed to take big strides in rehabilitating my lower back injury I have been living with for 5 years.
I approached Pat expecting a weightlifting split to follow for a few weeks and repeat, just hoping to add some variety. Instead, I received coaching and physical therapy advice week by week to help me overcome some of my mobility problems as well as a training split tailored specifically to me and my time constraints, goals, and weaknesses. This included exercises to rehab injuries, unique warmups and workouts that I haven’t included in my 7 yrs of training, and hypertrophy exercises. Not only were these exercises effective, they added excitement to my gym time as I tried some new things and tested my limits. It’s been a few years since I’ve had to spend time learning new movements and that’s what got me addicted to weightlifting in the first place.
Pat is also well connected with many other knowledgeable colleagues who have been able to provide me with helpful information like better ways to heal my wrist that I recently injured in Jiu Jitsu. Overall it has been a great experience working with Pat and I couldn’t recommend him more..”

“…got me back to running without pain…”
“Pat developed a physical therapy program to rehab a nagging Achilles injury that I had been dealing with for years and got me back to running without pain. Even though we were in different states, Pat was able to evaluate my progression and give meaningful feedback. He was quick to respond to any questions throughout the process and I could tell that he wanted positive results just as much as I did. The fact the Pat implements the methods that he teaches in his own training shows his passion for the craft. I will definitely always be coming to Pat for any PT or athletic training needs.”

“…I've had physical therapy something like three times in the past and this was amazingly more productive and custom tailored than anything I've experienced previously…”
“I worked with Pat for a month and solved a few problems that plagued me for years. I have horrible leverages for squatting, as well as very, very tight heels. I'm now millimeters away from a full Olympic style squat, which I've been unable to do for decades. I also reduced shoulder pain during weight training by about 75%. I've had physical therapy something like three times in the past and this was amazingly more productive and custom tailored than anything I've experienced previously. I could also get questions answered electronically pretty much any time I needed and was usually responded to immediately, and always within a few hours. Really impressed and would recommend to anyone. Fees were super reasonable.”

“…I would most definitely recommend pat to anyone who wants to get their life back on track after an injury.…”
“I came in with a bad ankle sprain and Pat really helped me regain my confidence and get back to my usual routine in no time. In the beginning I was barely able to walk a mile without pain and after 3 1/2 months of working with him, I was finally able to run again and do my Pilates and dance workouts. I was even able to keep up on my vacation to Mexico, both in and out of the water and on the tricky cobblestone roads! When I expressed concern about not being able to sit on my knees or sit cross-legged comfortably, Pat was able to pinpoint the cause beyond my ankle and now I am improving daily with less and less pain. I looked forward to our sessions, not only for his insightful observations and helpful tips but also for his positivity, encouragement and easy conversations. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to get their life back on track after an injury. It was my first PT experience and I know I wouldn't be as far along as I am now without his help!”

“…I made more progress in 2 sessions with Pat, than I did in nearly 3 months with a “traditional” PT on the same issue.…”
“Going to a physical therapist who engages in bodybuilding/powerlifting style training was immensely helpful for me as I worked thru some exercise related pains and injuries. I’ve tried more “traditional” physical therapists in the past, even recently, and it was never very helpful. I made more progress in 2 sessions with Pat, than I did in nearly 3 months with a “traditional” PT on the same issue. Highly recommend. Plus he’s just a great guy, easy to talk to, and always checks in on his patients. I’ll keep coming back.”

“…I highly recommend going to Pat for anyone who is looking to rehab from an injury or even just hit the next level in their training.…”
“Pat is an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated PT/trainer, who always does his best to make sure he’s addressing all of your needs and areas of focus. I live in California, so I wasn’t able to see Pat in person for my sessions, but my virtual sessions with Pat were also very engaging and just as great as being able to see him in person. He does a great job of programming your exercises for the week and checks in regularly to see how you are progressing.
I also greatly appreciated his willingness to hold virtual sessions whenever I had questions about any of the exercises and he was able to help me work through form to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. I highly recommend going to Pat for anyone who is looking to rehab from an injury or even just hit the next level in their training!”
